Hanson-Wilson Inc. (HWI) provided full architectural and engineering design and construction assistance for this project, including architectural design, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. HWI also secured all necessary permits for construction and utility connections.

The project is a 25,000 square foot one-story slab-on-grade prefabricated metal building. The facility provides office workspace for 45 employees, a lunch/break room, toilets and lockers for 135 maintenance of way employees, showers, a maintenance shop, storage areas and utility rooms. Shop areas included a bridge crane, jib cranes and a paint spray booth.
