Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. This project provided a new SCADA system for control and monitoring of the City's water distribution system.

The chiller plant was part of a larger project including a new Domiciliary/ Dietetic building. With significant planned expansions, the medical campus was in urgent need of an additional 1,500 tons of chiller water capacity.

The Lakewood Middle School was a new middle school designed to accommodate 1,000 students. The 159,000 SF facility is masonry and steel frame construction with an automatic sprinkler system throughout.

This project is a $2.1 million dollar HVAC renovation to the existing 1950's school building. The work included a 4-pipe system with rooftop air handlers. The project was designed with additional upgrades to the plumbing system and fire alarm system while holding to the original project budget.

This project is a $5.2 million dollar HVAC and Electrical system renovation for the 210,000 square foot high school. The work included new heating/cooling infrastructure, VAV system with roof mounted air handling units, new ceiling and lights, and technology upgrades.

This project is a $5.5 million dollar small campus for the Technical School. The work included two new buildings with a combination of classroom and shop space in each building. The project included site master planning for future growth to the facilities.

This project included a new K-3 Elementary, new Middle School, renovations to two existing elementary schools and an auditorium addition to the existing Circle High School. All project objectives were achieved while the project bids were significantly under the school bond budget.
