Sam Phanekham has joined Wilson & Company as a Senior Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX.

Having been with the BNSF Railway Company for more than 40 years, Sam brings a wealth of Class I experience and expertise in equipment management, operations analysis/strategic planning, road/terminal rail operations, intermodal/automotive hub operations and capacity planning, and the overall operations of BNSF. His career has spanned several departments within the BNSF, including design as Project Engineer, Roadmaster, Maintenance Planning, and Intermodal/Automotive. Throughout his career, Sam has developed valuable relationships with BNSF Operations, Marketing, and Engineering Departments, as well as port authorities, governmental agencies, consultants and contractors. He has always focused on achieving the safest, most efficient and economical operation consistent with safety, quality, on time performance, and customer service. Sam is accomplished in overseeing his projects through to completion to ensure quality, goals and budgets are met.
