David became part of the Albuquerque Survey Dept in summer 2001 as a Rodman.  As a student at New Mexico State University he worked summer and winter breaks until graduation in 2007. After earning his Bachelors Degree in Surveying Engineering from NMSU, he was recruited by Wilson & Company as a full time employee.

Throughout his career as a survey technician, he has earned his LSIT certification and is currently working on becoming a Professional Surveyor in the state of New Mexico.

Outside the office, David spends time with his wife Adrienne and three kids (Andrew 6, Diego 2 and Bella 6 months.)  He enjoys photography, making music and traveling with his family as much as possible.

His favorite part about working at Wilson & Company is being able to participate in a wide variety of Surveys.

Lead and Coal Avenues Improvements Project Wins Construction Award

The Lead & Coal Avenues Improvements Project won a Best Practices Award recently at the New Mexico Infrastructure and Finance Conference.  “This just goes to show how when different agencies cooperate, great things can be constructed,” Albuquerque’s Mayor Richard J. Berry said when the award was accepted.

The purpose of the award is to highlight a project where innovative solutions were implemented incorporating community-wide solutions and participation.  This project and the recognition by this award is evidence of Wilson & Company’s innovation, dedication and our use of higher relationships to our client, the many agencies involved in the project, and the community.  The dedication of the Project team and their collaborative effort, and the unwavering support of the City of Albuquerque and the neighborhoods, allowed the project’s full potential to be realized.

Wilson & Company would like to recognize our project team of Savina Garcia, Ubaldo Franco, Leslie Romero, Adam Miera, Robert Garcia, Mike Tenorio, Tom VanEtten, Tyler Ashton, Paul Plotas, and many other dedicated Wilson & Company employees!
