Wilson & Company currently assists the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) to augment existing NMDOT construction staff. We assist in all six NMDOT districts, as well the State Construction Bureau, and assignments have included filling the roles of Lead Inspector, Office Manager, Inspector, Sampling and Testing Technician, Field Laboratory Technician, Audit Technician, and Water/Wastewater Operator. Since 2010, we have provided 16 different construction management personnel to work on NMDOT projects, and many have had multiple assignments.

One specialty assignment unique to Wilson & Company was to provide a certified Wastewater Operator (Level IV) to oversee the operation and maintenance of the utility systems at the I-40 Manuelito Rest Area (Gallup) and the I-40 Glen Rio Visitors Center (Tucumcari). Our Operator was responsible for monthly inspections, trouble-shooting problems, training NMDOT staff, and reporting to the NMED.
