Wilson & Company completed the design of the First Street Project for the City of Grants which consisted of:

  • Approximately 4600’ of road, sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacement
  • Approximately 4600’ of water, sewer, storm drain, and lighting
  • A new drainage structure for the Rio San Jose River

Our construction management team was tasked with overseeing construction, along with ensuring the project was compliant with the FHWA/NMDOT requirements for the Federal Equity Bonus and Surface Transportation Enhancements (TPU) funding granted to the project.
