Monticello Road Improvements - Lenexa, KS

This project is the first major collector roadway in Lenexa that utilizes roadside ditches for bio-linear retention swales. It also includes other water quality features that work hand-in-hand with the Lake Lenexa project - creating a seamless water quality control for the city.

The design of the Monticello Road Improvements project for the City of Lenexa utilized the existing terrain as well as reduced design speed and traffic calming devices to maintain the aesthetic value of the area.
