In addition to research and grant writing, we also have a strong Financial Advisor and Legal Counsel we partner with to evaluate and offer other capital financing such as General Obligation Bonds, assistance with Local Gross Receipt Options, etc. Our team has prepared committee briefing packets for clients requesting legislative appropriations for project construction. Depending on the client’s need, we offer assistance with branding, marketing material, and budgetary planning. We take pride in our ability to work with communities to find sources of funding so they can pursue much-needed infrastructure projects.
