Tyler Ashton to Lead Wilson & Company Municipal Services in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – June 3, 2020 – Wilson & Company, Inc. Engineers & Architects, a national engineering and architecture firm with award-winning multi-disciplinary projects and culture defined by exceptional relationships, promoted Tyler Ashton, PE, CFM, PMP to Operations Manager. Tyler will oversee municipal services while leading a growing team of professionals to offer advanced solutions throughout New Mexico.

Tyler brings over 20 years of civil engineering experience to his new role as Operations Manager. Tyler joined the Company shortly after he graduated from New Mexico State University in 1998. Throughout the years, he has lead projects that include the design of urban streets, recreational parks, storm management systems, hydrology/hydraulic studies, sanitary sewer, and water distribution line. Most recently, Tyler has been the lead designer and modeler for several hydrology/hydraulic studies and designs, including the I-40 Channel. This project included interagency coordination, review, and approvals along with Tyler completing the innovative physical model for the I-40 improvements. 

Tyler has worked closely with various public works departments, cities, and public schools facilities planning and construction departments, and county utilities departments. He brings construction observation experience on numerous public school projects within the community. He is excited to continue and expand recent success with local clients.
