PHOENIX, Arizona – July 16 – Wilson & Company, Inc. Engineers & Architects, a national engineering and architecture firm with award-winning multi-disciplinary projects and culture defined by exceptional relationships, has hired Ed Latimer, Ph.D., PE, to serve as the Operations Manager of the Arizona Municipal Services Division (MSD) team and build public and private client relationships throughout Arizona. As the leader of a team who provides community-building services, Ed is responsible for the water (water/wastewater/stormwater), public works, and architecture services and operations.

With more than 30 years of technical consulting and managerial experience in the industry, Ed has an extended connection to the Phoenix community and strong client relationships throughout Arizona. Ed and his team will offer locally based, strategic solutions to the community to improve their infrastructure systems.
Ed will identify leads, new clients, and opportunities to expand our services and offer clients project solutions built upon Higher Relationships through discipline, intensity, collaboration, shared ownership, and solutions. He is a great addition to our municipal services team and will practice offering Higher Relationships in Phoenix to help our clients achieve their goals.
