ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (July 11, 2022) – Working out of Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects’ Albuquerque headquarters, Paul Fensterer will lead and focus on growing the company’s federal program.
Fensterer joined Wilson & Company in 2022 and has more than 40 years of experience in managing operations, winning work, delivering projects, and fostering joint-venture and mentor protégé partnerships within the federal and commercial market sectors, including commercial nuclear.

His background, specifically within the Department of Energy complex, includes responsibility for developing and delivering a wide range of programs such as site-wide environmental investigations and monitoring programs, engineering site investigations, line-item baseline development, and nuclear-level construction quality control and laboratory testing programs for Department of Energy facilities across the country. Fensterer has also supported various Department of Defense programs, Department of Homeland Security Border Infrastructure programs, and other federal agency programs.
