Wilson & Company worked with the Puget Sound & Pacific (PSAP) Railroad to design and construct a one-mile siding south of Elma WA, and upgrade two turnouts to powered turnouts at the Elma Wye to improve operational efficiency and reduce community and crossing impact to the area.

Wilson & Company’s multidisciplinary team provided FRA coordination, civil and track, structural, H&H, environmental, and survey services. The team developed a 10% conceptual design and order of magnitude estimate and completed a desktop environmental and permitting review.
