ALBUQUERQUE, NM (Jan. 25, 2024) – Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is excited to announce Justin Klaudt has been selected by the Board of Directors to serve as the next Board Chair. The board has elected Scott Waterman and Marvinetta Hartwig as new directors.
Justin Klaudt is a senior vice president of public infrastructure and has more than 25 years of experience with Wilson & Company. As a company leader, Klaudt has served federal, state, municipal, and private industry clients, helping them to provide the infrastructure needs of their communities. His dedication to Wilson & Company’s culture of Higher Relationships and forward-focused leadership style contributes to the company’s continued success.
Scott Waterman will serve a three-year term as internal director. Waterman is a senior vice president of public infrastructure with experience that includes leading transportation staff and operations in Colorado, Utah, and California. He has extensive transportation engineering project experience for municipal, county, and state clients. As a leader at Wilson & Company, he influences and contributes to the success of the firm’s growth by delivering projects, building long-term client relationships, winning work, and mentoring employees.
Marvinetta Hartwig will serve as an external director for three years. She is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry as a transportation engineer with Carter & Burgess, president of Hartwig & Associates, and, after being purchased, vice president/transportation group manager for Stanley Consultants. Her entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, acquisition experience, and industry leadership will greatly support Wilson & Company’s growth vision.
