Environmental Assessments & Remediation
We have extensive experience designing and executing Phase II environmental site
assessments (ESA) for commercial and industrial properties. If an ESA indicates a regulated environmental condition, we complete a remedial feasibility so an effective compliance approach is developed. We are particularly adept at applying risk-based corrective action solutions to minimize costs while supporting property use goals. When active remediation is necessary, Wilson & Company provides all necessary services for design, field management/oversight, and regulatory closure.
